Schumi Jnr Takes Up Karting

Michael Schumacher's 9-year old son, Mick, has taken up kart racing.

The young German made his debut aboard, of all things, an Alonso Kart (the category uses spec Alonso Cadet chassis and Parilla Gazelle engines). He was entered under his mother's maiden name in a low key race in Spain, apparently to avoid the pressure of the press had he made his debut in Germany under the Schumacher banner.
