Peterson & Ward Dominate Super Sprint 4s

press release

The sixth round of the Super Sprint 4’s Series, that supported the Powered by Honda ProKart Australia Endurance Kart Championship Taree 500, saw Kyle Peterson and Rick Ward the most dominate performers last Saturday (July 5) at the Manning Valley Kart Track, near Taree on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Young Peterson, who drives in the Junior Sportsman class, was the most dominant throughout the day as he captured wins in all of his heat races, the pre final and the final, and he also topped the time sheets in qualifying.

Senior Heavy class runner Ward went through the round very successful and remained undefeated in his heat races, pre final, and final. So far this year Ward has enjoyed a lot of success, and this was one of his strongest performances.

Newcomer James Reddon was also amongst the winners in the round and he managed to take home the first place honours in the Junior class. Other class winners from the round included Brendan Long (Senior Light) and Dylan Tennyson (Senior Sportsman).

Round seven of the Super Sprint 4’s Series will be held at Picton Kart Track (Wollondilly Shire of NSW) on Saturday, August 9.
