Enduro Hat-Trick For Adrenaline Rush Team

press release

There seems to be no stopping the in-form Adrenalin Rush Karting team over recent months in the Powered By Honda ProKart Australia Queensland Endurance Kart Championship. Last Saturday (September 13) they claimed a hat trick of round wins when they took out the ‘Ipswich 6 Hour’ at the Ipswich Kart Track in Ipswich, Queensland which was the eighth and penultimate round of the championship.

After qualifying on pole position, the Adrenalin Rush Karting paced the field for the majority of the ‘Ipswich 6 Hour’ event and took a commanding victory at the fall of the chequered flag.

Joining the Adrenalin Rush Karting team on the podium were Wollongong City Raceway Jets and current Queensland Championship leaders DQ International # 1 team in second and third place respectively.

One of the hard luck stories of the ‘Ipswich 6 Hour’ was the Hydralink Racing team whom were looking the goods for a podium finish only to suffer a mechanical issue in the last 15 minutes and this forced the team to take an unscheduled pit stop. This pit stop cost them a spot on the podium and they finished just outside the podium finishers in fourth place.

Home in fifth place was 111 Racing team and they had managed to finish ahead of the DQ International Racing # 2 and PDS Grand Prix teams.

After the ‘Ipswich 6 Hour’ the DQ International # 1 team continue to lead the Queensland Championship standings ahead of PDS Grand Prix and the red hot Adrenalin Rush Karting teams.

Due to some mechanical issues during the practice and qualifying sessions there were a handful of teams that were unable to take their place on the starting grid for the ‘Ipswich 6 Hour’ race.

The ninth and final round of the Queensland Championship is set down for the Gold Coast Indy 12 Hour event on October 18 and 19.
