Dixon's Top Guns Win

Jake Dixon has showed why he's one of the brightest stars in karting by winning Junior Top Guns 09 in his first season in Rookies. The DP Karts Arrow driver overcame adversity Friday night to set the fastest time for the night in the final and storm home to second place. With his dominant showing last week, Jake also took home the first prize of $300 for his effort.

"My kart had a few issues at the start of the night but by the final my Arrow was fast again. Liam McClelland had a big lead on me and I managed to catch  him on the last lap but he just beat me to the line." Jake said after the race.

This was Jake's second Top Guns title as he also won last year in Midgets which made this win just that little more special.
