Junior & Senior Driver To Qualify For All Japan Championship

The winner of Junior National Light and Clubman Light at this year's City of Melbourne Titles will qualify to race in Japan at the 33rd annual Toyota All Japan SL Final.

This is the first time in the event’s history that a junior driver will get the chance to win one of the coveted drives at the Championship final in Japan.

Each prize includes trips for 2 to Japan to compete.  The prizes include airfares, 4 days accommodation, transfers and the supply of all the equipment necessary to compete. Each prize is valued at over $20,000#.

The Yamaha Japan Qualifier is being held at Melbourne’s VACC Park on August 15 & 16 in conjunction with the City of Melbourne titles. With a track capacity of 36 karts, the entry limit is expected to be exceeded, so drivers are encouraged to enter quickly (entries will be accepted in order of receipt).

The Japanese event will be held at Yamaha’s famous Sugo circuit in the north east of Japan on October 1 – 4.

(#Previous winners ineligible, prize is not redeemable for cash.)
