IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE US and INTERNATIONAL KARTING COMMUNITY
      
        CLARIFICATION OF KART EXPO™ AS THE
          ESTABLISHED INDUSTRY EXPOSITION IN NORTH AMERICA

Statement from Darrell Sitarz, Kart Expo Director:
 
"As creator and organizer of Kart Expo I am keenly aware of recent efforts by a new organization to establish another show with a very similar title. 

Alarmingly, I am also aware that the promotion of this new show has created confusion both here and abroad within the karting industry and among our long-standing exhibitors and loyal sponsors who are planning to exhibit at our show in February.
 
In the interest of our industry I would like to clarify a number of key points regarding the upcoming 18th Annual Kart Expo trade show, now entitled as Franklin Motorsports presents Kart Expo:

-  Kart Expo 2010 will take place at The DuPage Expo Center on the Pheasant Run Campus in St. Charles, Illinois USA (West Suburban Chicago)

-  Kart Expo dates are February 27-28 2010; as always the 4th weekend in February

-  Kart Expo is now titled by Franklin Motorsports of New Berlin, Wisconsin and is presented by National Kart News, Granger, Indiana.

-  Kart Expo is a trademark wholly-owned by Kart Marketing   International, Inc.

-         Kart Expo is a consumer trade show, where introducing, displaying and selling product is the #1 priority. There is a time to race and a time to sell. Kart Expo is that once-a-year opportunity to concentrate on selling the sport to a receptive audience.
