F100 Nationals Addendums

Two addendums (#2 and #3) have been released regarding the Formula 100 Nationals.

• Addendum 2 states the 170kg weight for Twin Reed & Rotary valve engines is for pre-1988 motors.
• Addendum 3 lists a number of changes to the list of officials.
