Homebush Karts is creating race teams for 2010 that will target specific areas, such as club racing and high level racing (CIK) to help its customers achieve their motorsport dreams.  There will be a generic race team but also specific ones for karters that have Arrow, CRG and Gold chassis.   If you are not achieving your goals or want to be part of great team, then come and see us.

Gold are investing heavily into racing with one of the biggest racing budgets in the world for 2010. Gold have a budget of $30,000 per race meet for international events. Gold chassis owners will have opportunties to practice and learn from the European race team and have access to special factory parts.  Drivers with appropriate qualifications will be able to test and race in Europe with a fully backed race team including chassis and engines.

AKA Racing
2010 will see the return of big names, including proffesional racing car drivers, to the elite CIK kart classes in Australian.  Most of the big manufacturers have teams to support the high performance KF and KZ classes.
At club racing, Rotax classes will be melded into TAG to minimize the number of classes.  A new junior performance class allows the use of popular 100cc and 125cc engines such as TAG restricted, Junior Rotax, ARC, Yamaha etc. For further information visit www.karting.net.au

AKA members will have to purchase an AMB Timing transponder before July 1, 2010.  The cost of these transponders are about $300 each.

NKA Racing
2009 was the first year for the NKA with almost 100 events held across ther country in sprint, endurance and dirt classes.  The NKA provided the lowest cost and safest racing in Australia.  2010 will see a substantial increase in participation as more tracks become available.  Race membership is just $99.  Racers are provided AMB Timing transponders for free.
