Mitchener & Wyatt Win TIMC Enduro

Lee Mitchener and Zane Wyatt edged out Mitchell Cuzens and Zeke Edwards in the closing laps of the 2009 TIMC Charity Karting Enduro at Todd Road today. Wyatt (Kosmic/Leopard) crossed the line less than a kart-length ahead of Cuzens (Monaco/Rotax). The Adam Willison and James Sera pairing (Azzurro/Leopard) was third.

Remo Luciani and Shayne Piper took out the Masters class ahead of defending winners Steve Smythe & Mark Wicks. If not for a mid race incident with another kart (which took Piper's helmet off his head!) the Remo/Piper combo would have been chasing an outright victory with their IAME X-30 engine.
