Info Form for Course Commentary

To keep the dialogue interesting and informative, the course commentator at Canberra is asking karters that are planning on competing at the ciruict to fill in a Karting Competitor Information form. The form requests various bits of driver information that can then be used in the trackside call.

Completed forms can be either emailed back to Craig the commentator at karts@sportradio.com.au , or can be handed in to any member of the Canberra executive for delivery to Craig.
