DPE's New Kart: "Track Warrior"
Lee Howell from Geelong has won the 'name the kart' competition to name the new kart coming from DPE. His winning submission was "Track Warrior".
DPE received almost 500 entries to the competition. "A selection panel determined Lee’s entry to best fit the vision of this fantastic new Kart that will be ideal for the recreational user, occasional or less serious racer or those looking for an alternative to a used racing kart" DPE informed KartSportNews.
"We have received overwhelming support from the Australian motorsport public and look forward to seeing the Track Warrior Karts on track across the country."
Now that the new chassis has a name, DPE will endeavor to design a fitting image that best fits the Track Warrior brand. "We hope that images of the new kart will be available for release during the month of May, with the Track Warrior Karts to be on the shop floor in all good kart dealers Australia wide shortly afterwards."
