Please take note of the following arrangements for the Pro Tour III special events. 

PROFILE PHOTOS

Profile photos will begin at approximately 8.15am on Saturday in the photo booth before the carby sessions. Drivers will be asked to attend the photo booth in class order as they appear in the race program.

Driver’s are asked to wear their race suit & boots and to bring their helmet. Driver profile photos are completely optional but a great opportunity for you to get a free professional photo for your own promotional use. Drivers will be asked to complete a form when they attend the photo booth so we can send the photo after the event. Please ensure you attend the photo booth on time – the schedule will be tight and you don’t want to miss out!

Profile photos will be taken in the following order: 

  • Rotax Over 35's
  • Formula JMA Light
  • DD2
  • Formula JMA Heavy
  • Rotax Heavy
  • Rotax Light

SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST TALK – FRIDAY EVENING

On Friday evening IKD invite all entered drivers and their teams to attend a free evening where special guest Patrick Farrell, a renowned Sports Psychologist, will speak about mental and physical preparation for a career in the motor racing industry.

Patrick has worked with both individuals and teams including the Australian Men’s Olympic Hockey Team, VIC & Australian Institutes of Sport, Australian PGA and a number of AFL teams. He has also worked with executive teams from many large international corporations such as Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson.

Patrick has a lot of valuable advice and information to offer and those who attend his talk will undoubtedly take a lot away with them.

The event will be held at the GKCV Clubhouse on Friday night from 5.30pm. There will be a free spit roast meal for all those attending and the Clubhouse bar will be open.
