Tecno Enter 3 Drivers In Under 18s World Champs

Tecno will enter three drivers in the CIK-FIA Under 18s World championship. The Italian marque's team will have a European flavour with John Barbe (France), Francesco Bracotti (Italy) and Aaron Moreno Moya (Spain) doing the driving.

Based in Strambino, near Turin in the north of Italy, Graziano Cerino (Mr Tecno) started making karts in the 1970s. His company had no connection with the other Tecno, that of the Pederzani brothers, who, before manufacturing Formula 3 and even Formula 1 cars, revolutionised Karting in the 1960’s by creating the basics of kart design that still prevail today.

Tecno di Graziano Cerino is now in its fourth decade of manufacturing karts and accessories. Tecno's biggest on-track claim to fame is arguably the 1997 European Formula Super A title won by Jenson Button.
