Above: David Sera (Arrow/TM) was too good in the KZ2 Final, winning ahead of Jason Pringle. Sera also won the pre-final in very greasy conditions by over 3 seconds.

Above: Dominic Albanese driving his BRM like a Sprintcar. The Dom won Formula 100 Heavy ahead of Shaun Stevens (35). Accidents and attrition saw the duo as the only finishers in the Final.

Above: Even tougher luck for fellow Queenslander William Yarwood. Seen here in practice, Yarwood didn't get to turn a competitive lap when a ring broke in his engine. He will return with a rebuilt engine for the CIK round. James Mills had a similar scenario, although he made it to the heat races.
