WSK World Series In Egypt
The third and final round of the WSK World Cup is running at Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt this weekend. The standings are still open in the Super KF, KZ2, KF2 and KF3 categories.
As usual, practice at the Ghibli Raceway saw lots of dust flying in the intial sessions. 30-degree in the shade days is testing the Europeans. In the final practices before racing, the best has been Felice Tiene (CRG-Maxter-Vega) in Super KF, Rick Dreezen (Tony Kart-Vortex-Dunlop) in KZ2, Luke Varley (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega) and Takashi Kasai (Tony Kart-Vortex-Dunlop).
The current points leaders are Dutch Nick De Vries (Zanardi-Parilla-Vega) in Super KF, Belgian Jonathan Thonon (CRG-Maxter-Dunlop) in KZ2, Italian Ignazio D'Agosto (Tony Kart-Vortex-Vega) in KF2 and Dutch Max Verstappen (CRG-Maxter-Dunlop) in KF3.
