Hayes Awarded Life Membership At Hamilton

Long time Hamilton Karting Club administrator Ann Hayes has been rewarded with Life Membership of the Victorian club.

Ann has been involved in many positions since the formation stages of the club in 1994 and has at times held multiple roles within the club.

Many Victorians and South Australians will know her as the face of the Hamilton Karting Club, always leading the way to make Hamilton’s meetings successful. She is also a valued volunteer to many other nearby clubs.

Her roles at the club have included:

• Canteen Co-ordinator:        1994-98
• Secretary:                        2002-04 & 06
• Race Secretary:                2000-2010
• Treasurer:                         1996-02 & 2008-10
• Club lapscorer:                 1998-Current

Ann joins Barry Warburton, Peter Sandow, Jeff Downs and Norm Brabham as life members of the Hamilton club.
