Kart & Race Expo
The “Kart and Race” exhibition at Montichiari (Italy) attracted 6,600 visitors over the weekend. Seventy stands displayed and demonstrated their karting products and lots of people attended to the astonishing tricks of the CRG top drivers in the tests on an outdoor track set up in collaboration with the Ferrari Club of Castenedolo.
Several constructors chose this third edition of the “Kart and Race” fair to show both their products and present their official teams for the coming season (due to start with the traditional opening race of the Winter Cup of Lonato on 13th February).
Almost all the exhibitors expressed their satisfaction with the expo. Anna Haase (Haase karts) said “For us this fair, organised in Italy, is a major event. We steadily believe in it, and we hope to stir up the interest of a greater number of visitors not only from Italy but from abroad too. I think this event has all the characteristics to become the most important fair at world level for karting. However, all the major kart constructors have their headquarters in Italy, so it is fair for Italy to be the venue of the most significant exhibition of the sector.”
The third edition of “Kart and Race” was outstanding for its greater number of exhibitors and for the presence of many constructors of chassis, engines, tyres, accessories, technical gear, historic karts, components and a wide variety of kart products.
