Historic Karting To Be Formalised In Victoria

Victorian State President David Murray is convening a meeting of all parties interested in the forming of  HISTORIC KARTING VICTORIA INC.

The meeting is to be held on Tuesday April 19, commencing at 7:30 pm at the Taylors Lake Family Hotel, 7 Melton Hwy, Taylors Lakes (Melways Reference Map 14  A2).

Items on the agenda for the meeting are as follows:

• Adoption of the necessary Statement Of Purposes for Incorporation.
• Acceptance of the proposed rules for Incorporation.
• Setting of the relevant fees.
• Selection of a person to lodge the necessary documentation with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
• Election of Office Bearers:
     * President
     * Secretary
     * Treasurer
     * Public Officer
     * Victorian Delegate to the National Historic Karting Committee

All persons interested in the forming of  HISTORIC KARTING VICTORIA INC are invited to attend and participate in the meeting.
