Bercy Masters Track Layout
The ERDF Bercy Kart Masters returns in France on December 10-11 and will take place within Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy, an indoor stadium with a seating capacity for 12,000 spectators.
The circuit measures 550m and has tight turns in the stadium area with faster sections running around the back and underneath the seating tiers.
The surface will be asphalt, but constructed using recycled materials from a nearby construction site. The surface will be removed after the event to be recycled once again.
Twenty 'star' drivers from F1, Rally and other disciplines will compete aboard identical Sodi electic karts (more on those HERE) in the feature category. Ten ‘junior’ drivers will be chosen by the French Motorsport Federation from the international KF1, KF2 and KF3 classes for the support events.
