Hoey Wins Midget Title In Queensland

The 18th annual South East Qld Midget/Rookie Titles was held last weekend 3rd September at Ipswich with a big field of Midgets. Past winners of Midget class include Adam Graham, Chaz Mostert & Nicholas Foster.
Kosmic Kart driver Harrison Hoey dominated qualifying and the races to win and lead every lap of the racing. Jace Matthews, who had his second drive in the FA Kart and had not been in a kart for 6 weeks and no prior testing, managed to still qualify a credible 3rd and finish 3rd overall.
Both boys drove exceptionally well and both walked away with magnificent trophies and prizes. Well done to the Ipswich kart Club for a well run event.
