"My goal is to finish off the season with a podium at the SuperNats," noted Vincec on his return to the famed temporary circuit, held in the parking lot of the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino.

With a storied history at the event, and in the shifter kart ranks as a whole, 20-year-old Vincec will certainly be in contention once karts hit the track starting next week Wednesday. Vincec was on the podium at the ninth running of the SuperNats back in 2005, taking second place in the 125 Semi Pro class. A fifth place run in the 2008 SuperPro class will have Vincec looking to make ultimate SuperNats history in 2011.

"I think we have been able to put together a very good, complete package that will enable me to have a better shot with a higher podium finish than we have ever had before," continued Vincec.

Now teamed with powerhouse PSL Karting with factory support from CRG and Tec-Sav Engines, Vincec and his team will be a potent pair as they pursue SuperNationals glory. The 2008 Stars of Karting ICC National Champion and 2006 Canadian National ICC Champion has all the pieces in place to come home with a strong result. With European shifter kart experience also to his advantage, having run the CIK European KZ2 Championship in 2008 as a CRG factory driver, Vincec has been preparing to take on the stout international line-up.

"I have spent numerous days in the shifter at the local tracks and worked on my overall physical fitness level," explained Vincec. "I also raced in the Monaco of Trois-Rivierès street race where we hit the top step of the podium so we're hoping for a similar finish at the SuperNats."

Vincec will descend upon Sin City next week, hitting the track for practice starting Wednesday, November 16. Friday will see official qualifying and the first of three heat races, followed by the final two heats on Saturday. It will all come down to Super Sunday, with main events starting at 10:30am PST.
