TV ALERT: Superkarting on SBS

The second round of the Australian Superkart Championships at Phillip Island will be teleacast on the SBS Speedweek program on Sunday, December 11.

It had earlier been planned to broadcast on December 4, but SBS programming commitments made the date change necessary.

The event was filmed using various cameras around the circuit, on-board superkart cameras, and in-the-pits segments with driver interviews. 

"We are informed the editing has produced very good racing segments, so it will be worth recording and then playing back a few times on that new big-screen you’re expecting for xmas!" the SKA Board advised KartSportNews.
