The Englishman will form part of the acclaimed Intrepid Driver Program and has been promised outings in selected UK-based events - such as Kartmasters and the British KF2 Championship - during the forthcoming campaign.

Speaking about the move, he said: "I'm very excited to join Intrepid and have the opportunity to test myself in a completely new arena. This is an important step for me and it is a chance that I’m going to grasp with both hands.
"In just nine years (since the company was founded), Intrepid has enjoyed an incredible history of success. I am very honoured to have been chosen to become part of the Driver Program and I intend to pay back the faith put in me by Mirko Sguerzoni and Benjy Russell"

intrepid driver programExplaining how the deal came about, Intrepid’s British importer Benjy Russell said: “During a meeting at the factory (at Salizzole, near Verona) the owner, Mirko, explained that he wanted to put a really strong driver line-up together for KF2 and asked if I had any recommendations. I’d been watching Jack’s progress at home and was impressed with his speed, consistency and racecraft. The fact that he’s a proven winner and possesses a great personality made putting his name forward very easy. He has a lot to learn but we all think he’ll successfully adapt to the class and the team.”

The opening round of the WSK Euro Series will be held at Sarno, near Naples on 12-15 April.
