Is Vortex Planning A 4-Stroke Kart Engine?
karting1.co.uk reports that OTK/Vortex has teamed up with Italian engine manufacturer Technique Engineering, who currently make (among other things) 4-stroke kart engines under the Tech-F1 banner.
