X30 Anti-Vibration Plate

The black anti-vibration plate (right) has always come standard with all IAME X30 engines, however there was no mention of it in the X30 User Manual.

This led to many questions from X30 customers about if the plate needs to be fitted, and where.

The IAME factory has now provided details for the preparation and installation of the anit-vibration plate.

It is highly recommended that the plate that comes with the engine is fitted as it absorbs vibration which prolongs the life of the starter motor.

It is fitted between the crankcase of the X30 and the engine mount of the kart.
