Mt Gambier Update: April Races & Roaming MembersTweetfrom Donna Fleming Race Day, 15 April The Mount Gambier Karting Club had a relatively quiet day for their April club day in perfect racing conditions. Two new drivers to the club, Jobe Stewart in Cadets and Owen Edge in Sportsman Restricted Heavy, had promising results overall.
Troy Moreland took out first place in Cadets followed by newcomer Jobe Stewart in second place. Shane Moreland was the only entrant in Rookies and raced with the Cadets. Junior National Light was won by Callan Belmonte, second place was Joel Robinson, third place was Morgan Feast and coming in at fourth was Josh Munn. Junior National Heavy was won by Jordan Murphy from Adelaide with second place Sam Baker and third went to Brad Saffin. Sportsman Light 125 was won by Ashley Lear, second place went to Anthony Ciavatta and third place was Scott Moreland. Kelvin Moreland won the Sportsman 125 Heavy.
