Land Speed Record Set with Kart Engine

This is one for the WTF Department... a Canadian stunt woman set a new Land Speed Record at Homebush in Sydney on Wednesday - driving a Rotax powered toilet.

Jolene Van Vugt, a 31-year old former Canadian motocross champion, got the contraption up to 75 kilometers per hour which, according to the World Records Academy, established a new record for the fastest toilet. This beat the previous record by 7kmh. Police were on hand to record the feat.
