Karting News Briefs
Some news briefs from the karting world:
- The Australian Karting Association has published the agendas and other information for the upcoming meeting 23/24 June. Click HERE to access the eight documents.
- The Australian-made Monaco kart will be available to drive in 'Street Kart', a gaming app for the iPad and iPhone. "We have been liaising with the developers in the UK and it's now official" Sabrina Luciani from Remo Racing confirmed to KartSportNews. Street Kart facebook HERE, Monaco Kart facebook HERE.
- Karting is on display at this weekend's Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show featuring James Macken, who's a part of the Sanctuary Cove Young Athlete program. There will be information on how to get involved in karting, plus the upcoming round of the CIK Stars of Karting Series at Ipswich.
- Down Under Racing's Lucas Walters has quit the Cadets class in France and moved to Junior Rotax. The France-based Australian has made the switch mid-season chase larger and more competitive fields than what he was experiencing in Cadets. His most recent event was an Inter-Regional Championship race at Belmont. Report on his website HERE.
