Win A Drive In A Hyper PRO Racer
TweetHyperRacer is offering two karters a free test drive of their Hyper PRO Racer machine - a light weight, high performance, open-wheel race vehicle.
The drive day is designed to give two AKA karters the chance to sample an open-wheeler racing car, in full race trim, at Winton Raceway.
AKA karters who wish to test the vehicle will need to fill in the form on the Hyper website to be eligible for one of the two free drives. The date of the test day is to be determined.
LeMans sports car driver Allan Simonsen recently drove the PRO Racer and was amazed by its performance.
"It's extremely responsive and would make the perfect stepping stone for drivers on their way to Formula BMW, Star Mazda or the like" he said.
"Handling and braking are incredible. Up until now there hasn't been an affordable stepping stone category for drivers coming out of karting".
V8 Supercars driver Scott McLaughlin used the PRO Racer to help learn the skills of driving with a gearbox and 4-wheel brakes on tracks he hoped to be driving V8s.
"The skills I learnt in the Hyper PRO Racer were invaluable on my journey to Bathurst" he said. "Now Hyper Racer is offering a drive day for two lucky AKA drivers. If you think you are ready to take the next step, enter this competition now."
