NSW State Cup (Metro Zone) Results

Congratulations to all the class winners of this year’s State Cup Metro Zone which was run between the four clubs within the Metropolitan Zone with some very fierce and tight racing throughout the series. 

Further congratulations must go to Cody Gillis who competed in the JNL class and was crowned the overall Junior Champion of the Metro Zone and Trent Rogers who competed in the Clubman Heavy Class who was crowned overall Senior Champion (who said Js and Clubmans were dead?).  Both these drivers are members of the Wollongong Kart Racing Club and the club is very proud of their achievements in winning these celebrated Trophies.  Well done to both and their respective teams and supporters.

Both will have their names engraved on the giant gold perpetual trophy awarded to both for display around the State. All class winners have their names engraved on the individual perpetual trophy on offer for each class.
 
Thanks to every competitor, official and volunteer who assisted in running this year’s series and we hope to see everyone back again for the next series which promises to be bigger and more prestigious as it grows.
