Kartlink.com says that from January 2013, the MSA (the UK version of CAMS) will no longer grant waivers to allow 15 year old drivers in any single-seater championship. "In line with FIA regulations, no driver under the age of 16 will be permitted to compete in single-seater racing."
Registrations for the 2012 VKA Junior Development Camp being held at the Oakleigh Go Kart Racing Club on the 24th and 25th of September close TODAY (Monday 17th). Anyone who wants to attend the camp but is yet to register, submit your registration to the VKA office ASAP. Info HERE.

There are less than two weeks to get your teams together to support the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia via the senior and junior endurance races at Ipswich on 29 September:
- Each year 3,300 men die from Prostate cancer in Australia.
- Approx 20,000 new cases diagnosed each year.
- Prostate cancer is equally as big a killer of men as breast cancer is of women.
- While prostate cancer is most common in men over the age of 50, younger men with a history of prostate cancer in their family are at greater risk.
- Prostate cancer can be cured if detected and treated while still confined to the prostate gland.
