Construction Starts On Clubrooms & Canteen

The Go Kart Club of SA this week began construction of its new clubrooms and canteen facility. The building itself will measure 20m by 12m and will have a 6m verandah attached to the front.

The floor level has already been raised to be around 700mm above the natural ground level. This will ensure the best possible view of the whole track, but especially turn 1 which is right in front of it.

The building will be to lock up stage with in the next few months and be fitted out with the canteen and bar equipment in time for a Nationals shake down meeting in February 2013 - just over a month before the 2013 AKA Nationals in late March.
