Two Kiwi Karters Want Votes To Win Scholarship

Two New Zealand karters, 13-year-old Chelsea Herbert and 18-year-old Daniel Connor, are looking for support from fellow karters.
The two young Kiwis have made it to the short list of the NAC Insurance Motorsport Team Annual Scholarship Programme.
Both Chelsea and Daniel submitted their applications, along with a promotional video, to NAC Insurance and are now on the short list with eight other applicants from other New Zealand motorsport categories.
They are now in a voting competition (which includes other criteria) with the other applicants to determine the sponsorship.
The two have both raced karts in Australia in the past and are looking for funding so they can come back and race their Aussie mates.
"I love racing in Australia. The fields are so much bigger and the racing is hard but fair" Daniel said.
