Perfect Prep for Randle

  11 November 2012

press release

Thomas Randle, driving a Birel Karts Australia Birel RY30 kart, completed his race preparation for the 2012 World Rotax Final by dominating the Rotax Light class at the South Australian Championships recently.

Thomas qualified fastest in both timed sessions and later won both heats, the pre-final and the 21-lap Final.

After spending the last three weeks aboard the Birel RY30 chassis, Thomas has gained valuable experience which should place him well for his upcoming assault on the World Final.

Birel Karts Australia's Karl Bond wishes Thomas and his father Dean well in Portugal, where the 16-year old will compete against 61 of the best Junior Rotax drivers in the world, all aboard the same Birel RY30 chassis.

"With Dean’s dedication and incredibly hard work with preparation, and Thomas at the wheel, I am sure they will be a force to be reckoned with" Bond said.

The 2013 Birel RY30 & 32S5 chassis will be available in January from Birel Karts Australia.
