Launceston Karters Gearing Up For State Championships

  11 November 2012

press release

A host of  Launceston Kart Club members have been busy working hard in preparation for the upcoming State Championships on November 17-18.

With 171 entries received, including 69 from interstate, it’s sure to be tough going for the locals to take home one of the blue plates on offer.

Father and son John and Andrew Lee (pictured above, working on their CRG karts) are two who have been busy in readiness for the Championships.

Andrew (Rookies) and has been racing for 3 years, whilst John competes in Over 40 Super Heavy. John has been consistently on the podium all year and will be one of the favourites in his class.
