  • David Sera is back in a kart this month, competing in TaG Senior at the Vegas Supernationals. James Allen will join Sera in the Kartsport North America team, both running Arrow/Leopard. Class preview on ekartingnews HERE. Chris Hays will run with Energy Corse SRL / Buddy Rice Karting in KZ2. The same team will field Jason faint in S2 Semi-Pro Stock Moto. KZ2 class preview HERE.   • Dutch driver Joey Hanssen walked away from the Kalgoorlie Case & Drill Dash for Cash as the big winner on Saturday night. Hanssen took home the $5,000 first prize when he crossed the line ahead of surprise packet Jason LeCocq and Italian star Roberto Toninelli. Report and some photos are on the AKA site HERE.

  • Kartlink reports that there have been management changes at BMB. Carlo Boscolo is no longer involved in the company BMB Srl. The BMB srl company has now been re located within the main Birel Spa factory in Lissone, Milan, and that the new President of BMB srl is Mr Oscar Sala.

  • Video of the live coverage from the final round of U18 World Championships and Karting Academy from Bahrain - where Joey Mawson took victory! How good does this track look? (However, the positioning of some of those plastic barriers looks rather dangerous...)

  • Thomas Randle was interviewed on Melbourne’s MP Radio Station this morning with motoring expert Glenn Ridge to speak about all things karting. A link to the audio is on the AKA site HERE.

  • Organisers of the annual 'Ladies Special Event' at Lithgow have produced an Information Hand Book for the 2013 race. Hard copy will be available in a couple of weeks, but in the meantime an electronic version is available (7Mb).
