Some karting stuff from the last few days...

  • Entries for the Hyper Pro Racer 'Win A Drive' competition close on Friday, November 30. "The opportunity to win a drive in the Hyper PRO Racer has resulted in an overwhelming response to the competition" Hyper's Jon Crooke informed KartSportNews. If you have not yet entered, get your entry in now by clicking HERE and answering the question. Note: This competition is not a lucky draw. The winners will be selected based on their answer about why they should be selected for a drive. The two winners will be revealed on Saturday, December 1.

  • Kosmic Racing Australia will hold a training day at Newcastle on Sunday, December 2. The day is specifically for young drivers (aged 12-14) interested in competing in the Pro Junior (KF3) category in 2013. The team will compete in next year's CIK Stars of Karting Series and selected overseas events, and this year enjoyed support from the Australian Motor Sport Foundation Rookie Rising Star program.   • The final placings for the 2012 Victorian Country Series have been posted to the series' website. In addition to the overall points for each class are the results/points from each of the six rounds. Click HERE to visit the page.

  • More Vic Country Series stuff - a gallery of photos from the final round at Cobden can be found HERE. Over $10,000 worth of series prizes were won at the event.
