Fujitsu 'Cool Driver' Nominations About To OpenTweet
Applications for the 2013 Fujitsu 'Cool' Driver Program are about to open. Now entering its third year, the scheme has established itself as the pre-eminent youth development initiative in Australian motorsport. It will once again offer selected Aussie karters benefits for the 2013 race season. With multiple state and national karting titles won by numerous 'Cool' drivers, together with victories achieved on the world's karting stage, as well two successive Australian Formula Ford championships to its credit, 2013 will see the program changed and expanded from its original guise.
Full details and the application process will be published on the Velocity Management Group website at midnight tonight (20 Dec) - www.velocitygp.com.au A season-ending Duratec Formula Ford test for the most successful karter will still be up for grabs, while the prized Fujitsu Racing-GRM V8 Supercar session will also be on offer for any Fujitsu 'Cool' driver who wins the national Formula Ford crown.
