Cash Challenge for VKS Junior Clubman?Tweet
A challenge has been thrown out to Junior Clubman drivers - if enough of them enter the class in the 2013 Victorian Karting Series, there will be a $5000 random cash prize on offer!
KTEQ Rentals announced today that they will put up the cash if 20 or more drivers run the class at each of the four rounds. The prize will be randomly drawn at the final round at Todd Rd in June.
"If we only get 15 entrants we will still offer a last round prize of $4000", KTEQ Rentals' Jeanine Rowe advised KartSportNews.
"If we reach the 15 entries required as a minimum, we will also include a set of MG tyres to one lucky entrant at each event round."
"Nick Rowe is our Son and a fully sponsored driver of KTEQ Rentals. He will not be eligible for the prizes but we will include his entry as 1 of the 15-20 entries needed per event.
"(We are) really hoping to see a strong response. This is not about winning; it's about competing and showing your support of a great class."
The first round is at Geelong on Feb 16/17. A link to the Supp Regs is on the Race Calendar page.
