  • Dylan Hollis showed off his new look aboard the Praga he'll run in J-MAX this year:

  • Daniel Ricciardo tweeted a welcome to Jack Doohan as the first Australian Championship driver for the Ricciardo Karts team. Australian distributor Patrizicorse said that Jack will race in KFJ, KA junior and JMAX. More driver announcements are to come.

  • Pro Tour organisers revealed that Jason Bargwanna is set to make his debut in the series, competing in the DD2 Masters category. His son Ben will race in the Junior Max Trophy Class aboard an Intrepid Freedom chassis.

  • Dave Sera posted on Facebook that former F1 and Champ Car (Indycar) star Roberto Moreno drove an Aussie built Deadly Kart to second place at the Florida Winter Tour.

  • A group of Queensland karters got together on the weekend for an informal Jim Morton Trophy at LeMans Kart Racing on the Gold Coast. Shane Kinzett won the event ahead of Dan Vellacott and Rod Tait. They enjoyed #CoronasForJim.
