Jake Wins at Junior Super Series Double-Header

press release 7 May 2015

Driver of Australia 1 Jake Donaldson once again showed why many people consider him the driver to beat in the brand new speedway kart series, the “Cool Drive Junior Super Series”.

After a couple of rain delays, the series kicked off with a double header at Gosford Showground on 18th & 19th of April.

Abve: Jake leads the pack

Jake debuted his new livery for the first time in 2015 at the JSS round which once again proved to be a hit with the fans.

Each season the team comes up with a new theme and this year is no different, running the World Of Outlaws Kerry “The Madman” Madsen #29 American Racing Sprintcar.

Jake was able to race to two victories on the Saturday evening & put on a stellar drive in the Feature racing from P16 to finish P6 which secured the Overall Round Win.

Come Sunday and once again the Mummys Boy’s Underwear racer was in fine form picking up another Victory & looked to have another race in the bag only to receive a penalty which cost him a chance to take the overall Round.

Despite the setback, Jake still managed to race from P14 to P5 in the Feature which gained him 2nd place Overall for the Round.

Jake has the overall lead in the Championship heading into Round 3 of the Junior Super Series which takes place on May 17.
