Karting Doco To Be Filmed at City of Melbourne Titles

A short karting documentary is scheduled to be filmed at next month's City of Melbourne Titles.
Remii Luciani, daughter of long-term karting identities Remo and Sabrina Luciani, is producing a 30-minute video for her graduation project as part of her her final year at Film School.

"I want to create a something that showcases to the world how awesome the sport of Karting is" Remii informed KartSportNews.
"I want to show the best bits of the weekend, get interviews with drivers and basically showcase how serious, competitive and fun this sport is in order to spread the message to a wider audience to get more people involved."
She is planning a 30 minute production and is requesting from karters what they'd like to see in such a production.

"My question to YOU (the karter) is what do YOU want to see in this program? A segment on Kart set ups? Top tips? Any Ideas? I want to tailor this so YOU want to watch this!
"I also want to know what you think should be included to attract people from outside karting. Ask your family and non-karting friends what they think sounds exciting or attractive to them."
Remii is also offering advertising in the program to help cover production costs and plans to sell the final product on DVD to competitors, probably for around $30 each.
"I appreciate any and all support and ideas from the Karting community!" she added.

(Info from Remii: All and any proceeds are going back into this project so I can create the best content for the audience! I am planning a crowd funding campaign to raise money to make the DVDs and feed my crew on the 2 day shoot! I would also love to put the money into future projects like making this an ongoing thing for all of next years events and even get this televised!)
