A Thank You

Portland karter Brian Ramsden, who had an accident at the Warrnambool round of the Vic Country Series on 21 June, would like to thank Warnambool Hospital, Victorian Ambulance Service and the excellent care of doctors and staff of the emergency ward at the Geelong Hospital.

"I sustained a fractured shoulder blade and will be off work for about 8 weeks and out of karting till early 2009 on doctor's advice" Ramsden informed KartSportNews. "Thanks to McDonald's Mt Gambier for supporting me this year and all the karters, friends and family for the phone calls and concern."
