As the New South Wales Speedway Kart Club prepares for the opening of their 2013 season, their newly elected sponsor and marketing co-coordinator, Scott Donaldson, has spent the off season negotiating sponsorship support for the club.
Whilst Scott is continuing to negotiate with a number of businesses he has been successful in securing support for our race classes and a number of our race rounds.
The NSW Speedway Kart Club has over it’s 23 yrs of operation built up a reputation of high quality standards to its members and this again will continue this year through the generous support of these corporate partners .
Wescranes is a corporate partner that has been with the club for over 6 years and again this year returns as the sponsor of the KT Modified Class. Wescranes will also be the naming rights sponsor for the Championship round 7 event “The Nationals” Wescranes has been established for over 15 years and provide a 24 hour 7 day Crane Hire Service, satisfying those who demand more. They have a wealth of experienced within the building industry and have worked on many major projects in and around Sydney Company Principal, Graham Hart, is very happy to be part of the club and has been a fantastic supporter helping in many ways over the years. Pa-Formance Motors in 2013again comes on board as naming rights sponsor to the Cadet Class. The Coghlan Oval Track Racing Team has been the sponsor of the class for many years and use to feature their sponsors on the class trophies to offer them further exposure however as was the case last year Pa-Formance Motors will be the naming sponsor of the class. Club member and principle of Pa-Formance Motors, Greg Coghlan, builds motors for a number of the front running drivers in the club and has had great success since forming the business. On Track Automotive owners Kaye and Les Green have been supporters of the NSWSKC for over 7 years . In that time their primary support has been given to the battlers or the unlucky drivers at each championship round. Again this year Kaye and Les will be supporting the club with the “Hard Luck“ award for 2013 . This yearly award is greatly received by someone who has had a bit of bad luck or just had a bad day. Aussie Fork Lift Repairs in 2013 is another 1st year sponsor of the NSWSKC and will be the naming sponsor of the competitive Clubman Light Class and will also be the primary Naming sponsor of the 2013 Australian Speedway Kart Title. St Signs And Designs is a Seven Hills based company owned by long time and Life member of the NSWSKC Rod Bright . This year St Signs and Designs will be the naming sponsor of the Feature Race winner of each class. Hopping’s Mowers Located on Victoria road Rydalmere has been a long time supporter of the club having sponsored the club for what this year will be their 10th year . Hopping’s Mowers this year will the naming rights sponsor of the Clubman Heavy class for the 2013 season. Hopping’s Mowers is owned by speedway legend Sid Hopping and his wife Marlene and have been in business for over 40 years . Sydney Speedway (formerly known as Granville Speedway and Parramatta City Raceway) was the brainchild of former driver Sid Hopping and rose out of the ground to host its first practice session in January 1977. The venue hosts the best sprintcar racing in Australia and also is one track that supports all classes and divisions currently racing . Sydney Speedway have been supporters of the NSW Speedway Kart Club for a number of years and recognises the important role the club plays in providing the next generation of speedway racers and is more than happy to help these drivers reach their potential .
