  • Multiple Australian Champion and long-term CRG driver Jason Hrynuik and wife Jen brought their first child into the world on Saturday afternoon. St George Kart Centre's Ken Schroder informed KartSportNews that, in true CRG tradition, the couple has named their daughter Charlotte Ann after a CRG model of yesteryear. Both mum and bub are doing fine. Congrats to all!

  • William Yarwood, of Project X Racing, is preparing to ride 200 kilometres over 2 days in The Rio Tinto Ride to Conquer Cancer. The Queenslander is raising funds for cancer research and is seeking the help of the karting community via donations. The ride takes place in August. More details HERE.

  • Kiwi karter Daniel Bray placed fourth in the second feature race at the season-opening SpringNationals kart race meeting the Musselman Honda Circuit in Tucson, Arizona over the weekend. The works GP Karts driver admitted he struggling 'a little bit' on the first day of competition, carding 6th in qualifying and taking 7th in the feature race (having initially dropped to 12th when the driver ahead stalled at the start). Sunday was much better - again 6th in qualifying, Bray enjoyed two third places in the heats beofre taking fourth in the Feature.
