KA Loses Appeal

Karting Australia has lost its appeal against the decisions of the NSW Supreme Court from August 2021. (See previous post about that, HERE.)

The Court of Appeal today upheld the previous judgment and ruled the Karting Australia appeal be dismissed and that Karting Australia is to pay Karting NSW’s costs.
