Super Sprint 4s Speed Into Windsor

press release

The third round of the ProKart Australia Super Sprint 4’s Series will return this Saturday (March 29) to the Indy 800 Kart Track, which is located near Windsor in the Hawkesbury Shire NSW.

With the opening round held at the Indy 800 track back in February, the Junior and Senior Go Kart drivers have already had a preview to the sharp S bends, hair pins and the several fast paced straights of the technical 800 metre track, which will allow the racers to use this to their advantage as they battle it out for victory.

After round 2 of the series at Fairbairn Park Kart Raceway, near Canberra in the ACT, earlier this month, which was dominated by Jessica Hodgkin (Juniors) and Brendan Long (Seniors), who both took out wins in their respective finals, it is certain that drivers and spectators eyes alike will be on these two to take out this Saturday’s round.

Both Junior and Senior drivers competing in the Super Sprint 4’s Series will battle it out over practice and qualifying sessions, followed by three heat races, a pre final, and the all important final, which decides the round winner.

Action is set to start at 9am with the opening practice sessions. The Indy 800 Kart Track is located at, 446 Wilberforce Road, Butterfly Farm, which runs along the Hawkesbury River. The track is just a 5 minutes drive from the historic township of Windsor.
