200+ For Cobden Country Series

This weekend sees the second round of the Victorian Country Series contested at the South West Kart Club in Cobden.

With in excess of 200 entries, drawn from all over Victoria and South Australia, the series continues to provide racing at the highest level, with country atmosphere.

The meeting is a sanctioned Rotax event. Saturday is practice day with racing commencing at 9.00 am on Sunday. The popular roast dinner will again be held on Saturday night.

Karters to watch over the weekend include state Junior Clubman title holder Jye O’Keefe, who has moved up to Clubman Light. Gary Jacobson, who has a blue plate in Junior National Heavy, is also entered in Junior Clubman. Multiple national and state champion Remo Luciano is going to keep the Clubman Heavy drivers busy.
