Convers Takes Superpole At WSK Round

Frenchman Armand Convers (PCR-TM-Bridgestone) gained his second season SuperPole at International South Garda Circuit in Lonato (Italy), during the second round of WSK International Series.

Convers will start again ahead the row in the today afternoon’s eliminatory races, after gained the SuperPole for the second time in this season.

This morning, after the timing practices, the 10 fastest drivers were admitted to this further series of timing laps, to do one per time over the 1.010 meters of the Italian circuit near Brescia.

Armand Convers was already the fastest, running in 42”367. During the SuperPole, for the French was enough to sign the time of 42”574  to win the challenge with his opponents.  

Behind  him  are  Belgian  Jonathan Thonon (CRG-Maxter-Bridgestone) and Italian Antonio Piccioni (FA Kart-Vortex-Bridgestone).
