New Rotax Reed Block

Rotax has introduced a new reed valve assembly which will replace the one currently in use.

New tooling and a different treatment compared to the previous version means the new block looks different.

"Rotax have undertaken a process of upgrading/replacing tooling for various components as they wear out. This includes the reed block" importer IKD informed KartSportNews.

"Rotax assures us that the new reed block assembly is technically identical to the old one and that there is no performance advantage."
